Hi Everyone,
Just a short update. Thanks to many friends I made it through my first week of radiation. I can’t say the Tomo 1
machine was as helpful as my friends; as it broke down several times thus delaying my treatment a bit. They are suppose to fix it this week-end.
Next week will be another five days and I am lucky enough to have had enough people volunteer to take me. That is a true blessing.
A special thanks to Mary K. who spend three nights this week doing reflexology in an effort to stop my legs from driving me nuts. It really helped!
Cancer sucks, but I have been blessed to be surrounded with generous, kind hearted people.
By the way go girls go…..I am with you all the way! When is your first meet?
Thank you Debby and Jim for a great day and congratulations Lena and Jeff on your wedding. It was great to be able to forget the big C word for a while.
